When payment is confirmed, you will be notified by e-mail and the items will be shipped to you. If you are interested in an item that is on hold send e-mail to email@example.com or use our online request form to tell us and your name will be placed in a queue and you will be notified if it later becomes available.
How to pay for an order
You can pay by VISA or Mastercard, Paypal, money order, or check within the USA. All international payments must be by credit card, unless other arrangements are approved.
For payment by Credit Card, the order will be shipped immediately upon credit card approval. All credit card information is sent over a secure server, but if you prefer not to send your credit card information over the internet, phone or fax it to Trafford-Flynn order processing at (828) 859-6820.
For payment by Check or Money Order , specimens will be placed on-hold for up to five business days awaiting receipt of payment . If payment is not received in that time, the item will be returned to stock and sold to the next person requesting it.
All sales are based upon a satisfaction guarantee policy. Specimens returned within ten days from date of shipment will receive a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, associated labels, and with their invoice.
Postage and handling cost will be added to all invoices mailed to USA addresses based on current prevailing USPS Priority postal rates. All international shipments will be made by air unless otherwise specified by the customer. Postage and handling will be added to all International shipments, dependent upon mailing location. Massachusetts residents will be charged a 5% state sales tax. All shipments are sent First Class US Mail, unless otherwise specified by the buyer.
